We are looking for an Account Manager who has previous experience of selling into the Oil & Gas industry, specifically someone who may have sold chemicals into this sector.
As one of our account managers, you will increase territory profitability and revenue through an in depth understanding of your territory consisting raw chemicals.
Your primary responsibility will be to attain gross profit growth year on year by increasing revenue and profitability. You will:

• Maintain overall territory business strategy to proactively plan and measure success
• Manage an existing portfolio of clients and related agreements
• Develop New Customer relationships and negotiate new agreements
• Develop New markets
• Prospect and generate leads to develop new business, including a blend of cold calls, trade show, internal/external sources and organic growth with existing customers
• Allocate time to network, qualify and follow up on leads
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in B2B Oil & Gas sales or chemical sales
• A high level of critical and innovative thinking, questioning skills are required to uncover issues and create value for customers.
• Strong business and financial acumen, proficient presentation skills and sound planning/organizing skills are essential.
• Must be a self-starter, goal and achievement driven and able to perform through self and others.
